I haven't seen the evidence due to a lack of transparency, so I honestly couldn't say either way. Can you?

I'm confused how you can make a ruling if you don't know the attacker. What if you did all the detective work and you discovered that the attacker was actually from Met's house. And he just ddos'd himself? Give me an IP or no remake.

In retrospect, we totally should've let a troll ruin a playoff series just because we didn't know exactly who it was at the time. It's not like I explained the (correct) logic behind the decision in great detail, including what-if scenarios that depended on how much/what kind of information we have at a given time, as well as how future league administrators should handle various situations in the future.
