Rules are not there to be changed at the time you need them, they are there to set a standard for everyone to follow for said season.

Forums annoy me, I never posted on the forums really until this season, and all this tom foolery is the whole reason why forums are crammed with bs.
I only had 3 posts when this season started.

Section II: Owners and League Management

The League Commissioner has the following responsibilities/powers:
Reserves the right to exercise emergency powers and make changes to the rulebook in the best interests of the league if he and at least 3 League Managers agree with the change. If a majority of the Owners and League Managers combined (more than 50% vote) disagree with a change made in emergency circumstances, the change will be revoked.

Or was this not an emergency that isnt even addressed in the rulebook, warranting an EMERGENCY ruling?

Never said I love him, I just respect him for coming into some thing like this and acting out like a leader does, a leader does not change the rules during the playoffs, especially not playoffs. If the whole team was dos'd I would see a rule change needed but 1 person just makes it look like we are rushing it.

If it was such a emergency they should have postponed the games instead of giving Aiur hope in winning the games and throwing it away once they won.
But no they decided to wait and see if mets would come back, and of course once they lost the games and figured it out that is such a big problem. If they were willing to go through any games without him while waiting for him to come back, it should be on them for not asking to postpone.

It all comes down to, they were willing to play games and wait for Mets to come back, and they finished the games. If they were willing to play and wait then the outcome is their own fault for playing through the games.
That is just my opinion though, and it is a pretty fair one at that. They had a choice to make and they kept playing.

How did u want them to stop the game? Theres no precedent for that and all of you would still be saying blitz is corrupt.
