Implementing something like this in a sports based game is leading away from the actual sport and making it something more like star strikers. While this may attract some others to the game, it would shy others away as well.
I might be on in a week or so...

I understand that aspect of the game, but giving the winning team powerups or something not relating to actual hockey is different.

I mean, in real hockey usually a lower tiered player picks fights with upper tiered players to gain momentum, so if there could be a 1 minute 2 on 2 after a fight, that could be realistic.

I mean, yeah fighting is a fun part of hockey matches, but we have the possibility of not having them in our video game, and that might still be better. We don't need fouls...

with my really basic level of hockey knowledge i dont rly understand how a rng mechanism would profit the game cuz in real hockey there is a fight only if the two players take off their gloves right ? its like an agreement between the two players ? or its just one guy can jump on anyone and beat him up anytime ? is there any rule on fights in real hockey ?
