Reaction Speed Optimization

I tried the human benchmark speed test around a month ago and got 190ms, I was using a 60 hz monitor and had 200-300 fps. I just bought a 144 hz monitor and now I consistently get 160ms reaction. Anyone know other ways to optimize latency/input lag/ping? Been missing out on ~15% reaction speed... (moment of silence for the goals scored that could've been prevented)

I can see my high score on both tests. I must be well optimized.

A mode where you defend random shots as a goalie would be fun too. Some turret popping out in random places shooting randomly at bottom or top corner with max strength.

Wtf does this have to do with anything?

Reaction speed training as goalie, don't take it too seriously.

I c you fell in love with my calculations. I dont have a calculation for this but I guess a good wired mouse will help gain maybe a couple ms.

Edit: Found this post. I guess mouse actually matters more than I thought.

Edit 2: Also found this post which may give a better idea of mice difference

lol my mouse is so shit, 100ms delay between clicks Oo. How do I know? used a program called KeyResponsePK although I don't think it's very reliable.

Wiimote + better camera angles give you a better reaction time. Atleast i can do one of them. Hue.
